Deed of Covenant Collateral definition

Deed of Covenant Collateral means the Issuer’s rights under the Deed of Covenant.

  • Deed of Covenant means a deed of covenant collateral to a mortgage on a Ship to be executed in favour of the Security Trustee by the Owner of the relevant Ship in such form as the Lenders may approve or require and, in the plural means all of them;

  • Collateral has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Collateral Assignment means, with respect to any Contracts, the original instrument of collateral assignment of such Contracts by the Company, as Seller, to the Collateral Agent, substantially in the form included in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Deed of Trust means this Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, as the same may from time to time be extended, amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.
