Deed of Termination definition

Deed of Termination means the global deed of termination relating to certain services provided by GSK or members of the GSK Group to Haleon or members of the Consumer Healthcare Group entered into or to be entered into between GSK and [[Haleon][JVCo]] on or around the date of the SCIA;
