Defendant Releasors definition

Defendant Releasors means Defendants and each of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, trusts, trustees, estates, beneficiaries, legatees, predecessors, successors, and assigns (and assignees of each of the foregoing).
Defendant Releasors means the Individual Defendants, individually and collectively, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, agents, successors and assigns, immediate and remote, and any person they represent.
