If temporary Bonds are issued, the Issuer will cause Definitive Bonds to be prepared without unreasonable delay.
Until so exchanged, such temporary Bonds shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits under this Indenture as Definitive Bonds.
Upon the issuance of Definitive Bonds, the Indenture Trustee shall recognize the Holders of the Definitive Bonds as Bondholders.
