Definitive Interconnection definition

Definitive Interconnection. System Impact Study shall mean an engineering study that evaluates the impact of the proposed interconnection on the safety and reliability of Transmission System and, if applicable, an Affected System. The study shall identify and detail the system impacts that would result if the Generating Facility were interconnected without project modifications or system modifications, focusing on the Adverse System Impacts identified in a Preliminary Interconnection System Impact Study or that may be caused by the withdrawal or addition of an Interconnection Request, or to study potential impacts, including but not limited to those identified in the Scoping Meeting as described in the Generator Interconnection Procedures.
Definitive Interconnection. System Impact Study Agreement shall mean the form of agreement contained in Appendix 3A of the Generator Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study.

  • Interconnection Study Agreement shall mean any of the following agreements: the Interconnection Feasibility Study Agreement, the Preliminary Interconnection System Impact Study Agreement, the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study Agreement and the Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement described in the Generator Interconnection Procedures.

  • System Impact Study Queue shall mean a Transmission Provider separately maintained queue for valid Interconnection Requests for a Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study.

  • Interconnection Facilities Study shall mean a study conducted by the Transmission Provider or a third party consultant for the Interconnection Customer to determine a list of facilities (including Transmission Owner's Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades as identified in the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study), the cost of those facilities, and the time required to interconnect the Generating Facility with the Transmission System.

  • If Interconnection Customer modifies its designated Point of Interconnection, Interconnection Request, or the technical information provided therein is modified, the time to complete the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study may be extended.

  • Transmission Provider reserves the right to request additional technical information from Interconnection Customer as may reasonably become necessary consistent with Good Utility Practice during the course of the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study.

  • Queue shall mean the Interconnection Feasibility Study Queue, the Preliminary Interconnection System Impact Study Queue or the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study Queue, as applicable.

  • At any time, a prospective Interconnection Customer may request, and Transmission Provider (either itself or through a third-party subcontractor or consultant) authorized and opting to administer a Definitive Interconnection Study Process shall perform one or more Informational Interconnection Studies.

  • The Informational Interconnection Study process in Section 3 is available only where the Transmission Provider is implementing a Definitive Interconnection Study Process.
