Definitive Interconnection definition

Definitive Interconnection. System Impact Study shall mean an engineering study that evaluates the impact of the proposed interconnection on the safety and reliability of Transmission System and, if applicable, an Affected System. The study shall identify and detail the system impacts that would result if the Generating Facility were interconnected without project modifications or system modifications, focusing on the Adverse System Impacts identified in a Preliminary Interconnection System Impact Study or that may be caused by the withdrawal or addition of an Interconnection Request, or to study potential impacts, including but not limited to those identified in the Scoping Meeting as described in the Generator Interconnection Procedures.

Examples of Definitive Interconnection in a sentence

  • Interconnection Customer may withdraw its Interconnection Request at any time by written notice of such withdrawal to Transmission Provider unless the Interconnection Customer has executed a Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study Agreement.

  • Such a list is to be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the conclusion of the Preliminary or Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study performed pursuant to the requirements of Section 6.3 or 7.3 of this LGIP.

  • Any Contingent Facilities identified for the Interconnection Customer at the conclusion of a Preliminary or Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study, performed pursuant to Section 6.3 or 7.3 of this LGIP, will subsequently be included in such Interconnection Customer’s Large Generator Interconnection Agreement.

  • Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study (“DISIS”) shall mean an engineering study that evaluates the impact of the proposed interconnection on the safety and reliability of the Transmission System and, if applicable, an Affected System.

  • Queue shall mean the Preliminary Interconnection System Impact Study Queue or the Definitive Interconnection System Impact Study Queue, as applicable.

Related to Definitive Interconnection

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Fugitive dust means a particulate emission made airborne by forces of wind, man's activity, or both. Unpaved roads, construction sites, and tilled land are examples of areas that originate fugitive dust. Fugitive dust is a type of fugitive emission.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Optional Interconnection Study means a sensitivity analysis of an Interconnection Request based on assumptions specified by the Interconnection Customer in the Optional Interconnection Study Agreement.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Interconnected Transmission Owner means the Transmission Owner to whose transmission facilities or distribution facilities Customer Interconnection Facilities are, or as the case may be, a Customer Facility is, being directly connected. When used in an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, the term may refer to a Transmission Owner whose facilities must be upgraded pursuant to the Facilities Study, but whose facilities are not directly interconnected with those of the Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Definitive Agreement means that certain Securities Purchase Agreement by and between Issuer and Treasury, dated as of the Signing Date.
