Degraded Operations. Errors disabling non-essential functions; or "Minor ", all other Errors. Vendor's response remedy shall be in three levels defined as follows: (i) Level 1, Cadence's receipt of Vendor's written confirmation acknowledging Vendor's receipt of the Error report; and (ii) Level 2, Cadence's receipt of Vendor's patch, workaround or temporary fix including Documentation changes; and (iii) Level 3, Cadence's receipt of Vendor's official fix or update, including applicable Documentation changes. Examples of Degraded Operations in a sentence
