Delivered Aircraft definition

Delivered Aircraft has the meaning set forth in the second recital to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Delivered Aircraft. Has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
Delivered Aircraft means each Aircraft for which the Delivery Date occurs prior to the Borrowing Date for the Loan relating to such Aircraft.

Delivered Aircraft means an Aircraft that has substantially completed specific ground test activities of a mutually agreed upon Test and Evaluation Master Plan and to which title has been transferred from AFS to VG.
Delivered Aircraft has the meaning given to such term in the Second Share Purchase Agreement.

  • Unmanned aircraft means any aircraft operating or designed to operate autonomously or to be piloted remotely without a pilot on board;
