Delivered Quantities definition

Delivered Quantities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).
Delivered Quantities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a). “Delivery Term” has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
Delivered Quantities means, for each month, the average quantity of Load Modification, in kW, delivered to Buyer from the Project during all one-hour dispatch intervals designated in the Load Modifying Resource Plan during the applicable monthly invoice period as described in Section 7.1(a).

Examples of Delivered Quantities in a sentence

  • For all Capacity Attributes of the Product that Seller delivers, Buyer shall pay Seller for the ratio of (a) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Delivered Quantities to (b) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Product, all as multiplied by (c) the Payment Quantity (“Confirmed Quantity”), as shown in the equation below.

  • For all Capacity Attributes of the Product that Seller delivers, Buyer shall pay Seller for the ratio of (a) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Delivered Quantities to (b) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Product, all as multiplied by (c) the Payment Quantity (“Confirmed Quantity”), as shown in the equation below; and the Energy Settlement will be reduced to reflect the Confirmed Quantity.

  • If the Option is Exercised, invoicing and payment of the Contract Price for the Delivered Quantities in each Time Unit shall be in accordance with §13 (Invoicing and Payment) unless otherwise agreed.

  • For all Capacity Attributes of the Product that Seller delivers, Buyer shall pay Seller for the ratio of (a) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Delivered Quantities to (b) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Product, all as multiplied by (c) the Payment Quantity listed in Appendix II (“Confirmed Quantity”), as shown in the equation below.

  • For all Capacity Attributes of the Product that Seller delivers, Buyer shall pay Seller for the “Confirmed Quantity,” which is the product of the Payment Quantity multiplied by the lesser of (x) one hundred percent (100%), or (y) the ratio of (a) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Delivered Quantities to (b) the sum of all Capacity Attributes of the Product, as shown in the equation below.

  • Documentation of Scheduled Quantities and Delivered Quantities 4 6.

  • In this regard, the Parties’ gas marketing operations and scheduling personnel will be in contact each business day, or more frequently if needed, in order to balance Receipt Quantities of gas with Delivered Quantities of gas to the greatest extent feasible.

  • Any imbalance created when the Receipt Quantities are different than the Delivered Quantities will be the “Imbalance,” which will be the responsibility of the Parties to eliminate pursuant to this Exhibit D.

  • The Daily Delivered Quantities must also be modified, relatively to the Reference Program, at least by the Locational Quantity on the Locational Point.

  • All contributions are subject to the minimum limits prescribed by the Administrator from time to time.

Related to Delivered Quantities

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Bill of Quantities means the priced and completed Bill of Quantities forming part of the tender.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES, BILL OF QUANTITIES means the Schedule or Quantities as specified and forming part of contract.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Schedule of quantities means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Capacity Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System. Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.
