If Seller is the importer of record, Xxxxx will not be a party to the importing, Xxxxx’s name will not appear as importer of record on any customs declaration, the purchase will be done after importation occurs, and Seller will give Buyer a properly executed Customs Form 7552 "Delivery Certificate" and Form FD 701 "Importers Entry Notice," if applicable.
At the time of delivery of the merchandise, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after each calendar quarter, Supplier will provide said documents accompanied by a completed Delivery Certificate for Purposes of Drawback (CBP Form 7552) or other documentation required pursuant to 19 C.F.R. 191, or successor regulations.

The Into-Plane Agent shall complete and sign a Delivery Certificate in respect of each withdrawal of ATF from the Facility on account of the Supplier by the Into-Plane Agent which shall be counter-signed by the relevant Aircraft Operator.
