Upon the occurrence of the Delivery Expiry Date under and as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement, the Cash Manager shall direct the Operating Bank to transfer any remaining funds in the Aircraft Purchase Account to the Collections Account for application in accordance with Section 3.09.
