Delivery Office of the Trustee means the office designated as such by the Trustee in writing to the Remarketing Agent, the Registrar, the Issuer and the Company.

Delivery Office of the Trustee means the office designated as such by the Trustee in writing to the Remarketing Agent, the Registrar, the Issuer, the Bank (or the Obligor on an Alternate Credit Facility, as the case may be), and the Company.
