Delivery Pipelines definition

Delivery Pipelines means any Gas transportation pipeline or pipelines delivering Gas to Transporter at the Receipt Point;
Delivery Pipelines are both defined in sub-paragraph A.(3) of Section III of the Agreement.

Related to Delivery Pipelines

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
