Delivery Year Allocation Factor definition

Delivery Year Allocation Factor means, (a) with respect to a Utility-Scale Wind Project, the result obtained from dividing (i) the Delivery Year Degradation Factor by (ii) 20; and means, (b) with respect to a Utility-Scale Solar Project or a Xxxxxxxxxx Site Photovoltaic Project, the result obtained from dividing (i) the Delivery Year Degradation Factor by (ii) 19.05.
Delivery Year Allocation Factor means, (a) with respect to a Utility-Scale Wind Project or a Hydropower Project, the result obtained from dividing (i) the Delivery Year Degradation Factor by (ii) 20; and means, (b) with respect to a Utility-Scale Solar Project or a Brownfield Site Photovoltaic Project, the result obtained from dividing (i) the Delivery Year Degradation Factor by (ii) the sum of the Delivery Year Degradation Factors for Delivery Year 1 through Delivery Year 20.
Delivery Year Allocation Factor shall be the result obtained from dividing (a) the Delivery Year Degradation Factor by (b) 19.05; unless the Coal Electric Generating Facility is physically interconnected to the PJM Interconnection, LLC transmission grid and had a generating capacity of at least 1,200 megawatts as of January 1, 2021, in which case the Delivery Year Allocation Factor shall be the result obtained from dividing (c) the Delivery Year Degradation Factor by (d) 14.475.

  • The Delivery Year Requirement, with respect to a Utility-Scale Solar Project or a Xxxxxxxxxx Project where the Date of First Operation has occurred, shall be the quantity of RECs for a given Delivery Year equal to the multiplicative product of (a) the Delivery Year Allocation Factor and (b) the Maximum Contract Quantity.

  • The Delivery Year Allocation Factor, with respect to a Utility-Scale Wind Project or a Hydropower Project, shall be the result obtained from dividing (a) the Delivery Year Degradation Factor by (b) 20.

  • The Delivery Year Requirement, with respect to a Utility-Scale Wind Project or Hydropower Project where the Date of First Operation (or the Hydropower Refurbishment Completion Date if the Project is a Hydropower Project that is newly Modernized or Retooled) has occurred, shall be the quantity of RECs for a given Delivery Year equal to the multiplicative product of (a) the Delivery Year Allocation Factor and (b) the Maximum Contract Quantity.

  • The Delivery Year Requirement, with respect to a Utility-Scale Wind Project where the Date of First Operation has occurred, shall be the quantity of RECs for a given Delivery Year equal to the multiplicative product of (a) the Delivery Year Allocation Factor and (b) the Maximum Contract Quantity.

Related to Delivery Year Allocation Factor

  • Percentage Allocation is defined in Section 4.3(b)(ii)(y).

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Final Scheduled Distribution Date means with respect to (i) the Class A-1 Notes, the February 8, 2017 Distribution Date, (ii) the Class A-2-A Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iii) the Class A-2-B Notes, the June 10, 2019 Distribution Date, (iv) the Class A-3 Notes, the October 8, 2020 Distribution Date, (v) the Class B Notes, the March 8, 2021 Distribution Date, (vi) the Class C Notes, the January 10, 2022 Distribution Date, (vii) the Class D Notes, the February 8, 2022 Distribution Date and (viii) the Class E Notes, the September 8, 2023 Distribution Date.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Allocation Year Means (i) the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on December 31, 2006, (ii) any subsequent period commencing on January 1 and ending on the following December 31, or (iii) any portion of the period described in clause (ii) for which the Company is required to allocate Profits, Losses and other items of Company income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Article V.

  • Net Adjustment Amount means an amount, which may be positive or negative, equal to (A) the Closing Net Working Capital as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5 minus the Estimated Net Working Capital, plus (B) Estimated Indebtedness minus Closing Indebtedness as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5, plus (C) Closing Cash as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5 minus Estimated Cash, plus (D) Estimated Transaction Expenses minus Closing Transaction Expenses as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5;
