Denied definition

Denied means the insurer refuses to pay a claim for any reason other than for claims not paid for failure to meet the waiting period or because of an applicable preexisting condition; and
Denied means the applicant does not meet the qualifications under Oklahoma law and this Chapter for a license.
Denied means a formal denial issued by the final decision-making body of the City for a particular type of Development Application but does not include review comments or “redlines” by City staff.
