If the use of the Department Facilities or the Premises by Client is prevented in whole or in material part by an event of Force Majeure, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice.
Client may not place or use any portable signs on the exterior of the Premises or on Department Facilities without the prior written consent of the Director.
Client will not make, or allow to be made, any alterations of any kind to the Premises, Department Facilities or Department equipment.
