Department Member means a Member in a department. Membership in a department shall be determined in the Member’s initial letter of appointment unless subsequently reassigned by the Vice President Academic and Xxxx.

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Private partner means any entity that is a partner in a public-private partnership other than:

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Local Authority Associated Person means any person associated (within the meaning given in section 69(5) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989) with any local authority by which the Academy Trust is influenced;
