Departure Date means the date on which the Insured is originally scheduled to leave on his/her Trip. This date is specified in the travel documents.
Scheduled Departure Date means the date on which You are originally scheduled to leave on Your Trip.
Divestiture Agreement means any agreement between Respondents and an Acquirer (or a Divestiture Trustee appointed pursuant to Paragraph III of this Order and an Acquirer) and all amendments, exhibits, attachments, agreements, and schedules thereto, related to any of the Assets To Be Divested that have been approved by the Commission to accomplish the requirements of this Order. The term “Divestiture Agreement” includes, as appropriate, the Associated Food Stores Divestiture Agreement, the AWG Divestiture Agreement, the Haggen Divestiture Agreement, and the Supervalu Divestiture Agreement.
Date of Commencement means the date designated in the Notice to Proceed for Contractor to commence the Work.
Hire Agreement means every agreement between Access and the Hirer for the hire of Equipment (whether signed or not) including a Hire Docket, all of which will be deemed to include:
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families-Unemployed Parent or "TANF-UP" means the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program for families in which both natural or adoptive parents of a child reside in the home and neither parent is exempt from the Virginia Initiative for Employment Not Welfare (VIEW) participation under § 63.2-609.
THCA or "Δ9-THCA" means the acid form of THC.
Continuous Employment and “Continuous Service” means:
Employed by, or provide service to, the Company means employment or service as an employee or director of the Company.
Healthcare provider means a healthcare practitioner, person, or facility licensed, authorized, certified, registered, or regulated under title 33, title 63, title 68, federal law or order, or an executive order of the governor, including but not limited to any employees, agents, or contractors of such a practitioner, person, or facility, and residents, interns, students, fellows, or volunteers of an accredited school or of such school's affiliated teaching or training hospitals or programs in this state;
Date of Commencement of Risk means the date specified in the Schedule (unless the Policyholder is informed otherwise by the Company) from which the risk cover of the Life Assured commences under the Policy.

Employee assigned to the contract means an employee who was hired after November 6, 1986, who is directly performing work, in the United States. An employee is not considered to be directly performing work under a contract if the employee—

Surplus Employee is an employee who has been given notice of termination/layoff by the Company or an employee who may be displaced or who is displaced from his/her position.

RTGS means real-time gross settlement;
employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;
Start of construction means the date the development permit was issued, provided the actual start of construction, repair, reconstruction, or improvement was within 180 days of the permit date. The actual start means the first placement of permanent construction of the structure such as the pouring of slabs or footings, installation of piles, construction of columns, or any work beyond the stage of excavation, and includes the placement of a manufactured home on a foundation. (Permanent construction does not include initial land preparation, such as clearing, grading and filling; nor does it include the installation of streets and/or walkways; nor does it include excavation for a basement, footings, piers or foundations or the erection of temporary forms; nor does it include the installation on the property of buildings appurtenant to the permitted structure, such as garages or sheds not occupied as dwelling units or part of the main structure. (NOTE: accessory structures are NOT exempt from any ordinance requirements) For a substantial improvement, the actual start of construction means the first alteration of any wall, ceiling, floor, or other structural part of a building, whether or not that alteration affects the external dimensions of the building.
Director of Nursing means the Registered Nurse Level 5, appointed as such, who has charge of the nursing staff and who may also be required to supervise other staff (including domestic staff).
Diversion agreement means a mechanism designed to hold a child accountable for his or her behavior and, if appropriate, securing services to serve the best interest of the child and to provide redress for that behavior without court action and without the creation of a formal court record;

Employment Agreement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visas, work permit or other agreement, or contract between the Company or any Affiliate and any Employee.
