Dependable Capacity definition

Dependable Capacity bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement;
Dependable Capacity means at any given time the net amount of capacity of the Facility (adjusted to Reference Site Conditions in accordance with Section 13.1), expressed in kW, as determined by the most recent Dependable Capacity Test;
Dependable Capacity. The amount of sustained capacity in kW from the Facility after the Commercial Operations Date as determined by testing from time to time in accordance with Schedule 4.

  • This election shall be applicable to all Facilities containing Reliability Must Run Units subject to any “RMR contract” as defined in the CAISO Tariff executed by Owner or any of its affiliates as defined in 18 CFR § 161.2. * Maximum Net Dependable Capacity shall reflect any transformer or line loss to the Delivery Point.

  • Such filing, if accepted or approved, shall set the Maximum Monthly MWh in Schedule A for the ensuing Contract Year, subject to adjustment in accordance with the notice described below giving revised Monthly Maximum MWh. The Maximum Monthly MWh in Schedule A of this Agreement on the Effective Date reflects the Hydroelectric Dependable Capacity.

  • Following such a determination, Owner shall provide CAISO with weekly updated water management forecasts until the earlier of the end of the Contract Year or Owner’s determination that its ability to supply the Hydroelectric Dependable Capacity is no longer jeopardized by such conditions.


More Definitions of Dependable Capacity

Dependable Capacity means, at any given time, the net capacity of the Facility (excluding any capacity associated with a Renewable Component) operating on ULSD or Natural Gas if and when applicable, measured in kW (adjusted to Site Reference Conditions), at the Delivery Point of the Facility as determined by the most recent Dependable Capacity Test, provided that for purposes of calculating the Capacity Charge, the Dependable Capacity shall not exceed the Contracted Facility Capacity.
Dependable Capacity means the sustained capacity in MW from the Plant as declared by the Seller in writing to the Purchaser according to Clause 10.3.
Dependable Capacity means the Capacity from a resource, expressed in MW, that Seller has agreed to provide to Buyer at the Capacity Rate under the applicable Definitive Agreement.
Dependable Capacity. Means the net electric generating capacity for the Facility (gross electric generating capacity less station use) in kilowatts as determined by testing pursuant to Article 12 herein and made available from the Facility to PREPA at the Interconnection Point.
