Deposit Trust Agreement means an agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Company and the Pass Through Trustee for the purposes described in Section 2.02 hereof, between the Company, as depositor, the Pass Through Trustee and the Deposit Trustee.

Deposit Trust Agreement means this Deposit Trust Agreement, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
