Trust Paying Agent definition

Trust Paying Agent has the same meaning as “Paying Agent” as defined in the Trust Agreement.
Trust Paying Agent means any paying agent or co-paying agent appointed pursuant to Section 3.9 and authorized by the Owner Trustee to make payments to and distributions from the Certificate Distribution Account.
Trust Paying Agent means the “Paying Agent” appointed and acting in such capacity pursuant to the Trust Agreement.

Trust Paying Agent means the “Paying Agent” appointed and acting in such capacity pursuant to the Issuer Trust Agreement.
