Design and Bid Fee definition

Design and Bid Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.2;
Design and Bid Fee has the meaning given in the Request for Proposals.
Design and Bid Fee means a fee in the amount of dollars ($) payable by the City to each unsuccessful Proponent (as defined in the Request for Proposals) on and subject to the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposals, including Section 10.3.2 thereof.

Examples of Design and Bid Fee in a sentence

  • If Project Co is directed to pay the Design and Bid Fee to fewer than two Proponents, then Project Co shall revise the Financial Model prior to Financial Close to reflect such change.

  • If Project Co is directed to pay the Design and Bid Fee to fewer than two Proponents, then Project Co shall revise the Financial Model prior to Financial Close to reflect such reduction.

  • For clarity, in the event that the City pays the Break Fee, the Design and Bid Fee shall not be applicable or paid.

  • Design-bid-build means a project delivery method in which:
