American Central Eastern Texas has contracted with Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Inc., pursuant to a Design and Construction Agreement dated March 2, 2004 (the “EPC Contract”) to redesign, refurbish and skid mount a natural gas processing plant previously known as the Shell Oil Company Crawfish Plant (the “Crawfish Plant”).
