Design and Construction Requirements definition

Design and Construction Requirements means all standards, specifications (including the Construction Specifications), procedures, design criteria, design guidelines and other requirements applicable to all design activities included within the Project Work, including the Design, and to all Construction, all as set out in this Agreement as at the Effective Date and as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time after the Effective Date in accordance with this Agreement.
Design and Construction Requirements means (i) the “Design and Construction Requirements for the New Terminal,” set forth as Part B.1 of the Requirements and Provisions for Work and (ii) the “Design and Construction Requirements for PANYNJ Improvements,” set forth as Part B.2 of the Requirements and Provisions for Work; in each case, as may be amended, revised, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Design and Construction Requirements means the design and construction requirements set forth in Appendix 2 (Design and Construction Requirements).
