Buyer shall, with reasonable promptness, repair in a good and workmanlike manner any damage to the Hotel Improvements or FF&E caused by any such activity.
Owner will use its reasonable efforts to comply with and abide by all applicable Legal Requirements pertaining to the Hotel Improvements or to Owner’s ownership interest in the Hotel (including, without limitation, Owner’s obligations under Section 5.03 and Section 11.08 hereof).
