Designated Driver definition

Designated Driver means a person who operates a Vehicle owned by another person for compensation;
Designated Driver means any person who operates a motor vehicle owned by another registered motor vehicle owner for the purposes of providing Designated Driving Services.

More Definitions of Designated Driver

Designated Driver has the meaning given by clause 4.2.
