Vehicle for Hire definition

Vehicle for Hire means any vehicle in which transportation services are provided and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Vehicle for Hire means a licensed vehicle while in engaged in the transport of passengers or parcels for a fee;

Vehicle for Hire means a vehicle which provides transportation for a Vehicle for Hire Service;

Vehicle for Hire means any motor vehicle engaged in the business of carrying persons for hire in the State of Delaware where compensation for said transportation is made directly or indirectly.

Vehicle for Hire means a motor vehicle used or offered for the transportation of at least one (1) passenger in return for a fee from any place within the City to a destination either within or outside of the City, and includes but is not limited to:

Vehicle for Hire means any motor vehicle engaged in the business of transporting passengers to or from the Airport for compensation.
