Designated Liaison Person definition

Designated Liaison Person means the person who is responsible for reporting allegations or suspicions of child abuse and welfare issues to statutory authorities, and who will work with the Child Protection Officer as appropriate;
Designated Liaison Person. (“DLP”) means a person appointed by the University in accordance with the 2017 National Guidance. For the purpose of this CSS, the DLP will also be the Relevant Person.
Designated Liaison Person means the person holding the position within the Club of designated liasion person in keeping with best practice in child safeguarding, as may be appointed by the Committee from time to time. The designated liaison person responsible for the reporting of allegations or suspicions of reportable incidences to the Statutory Authorities in accordance with “Guidance for Reporting Abuse”.

  • The employee/volunteer/student must immediately inform a relevant line manager who will then inform the Designated Liaison Person in WALK.
