National Guidance definition

National Guidance means any and all guidance in relation to the Better Care Fund as issued from to time to time by NHS England, the Department of Communities and Local Government, the Department of Health, the Local Government Association either collectively or separately. NHS Functions means those of the NHS functions listed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as are exercisable by the BLMK ICB as are relevant to the commissioning of the Services and which may be further described in each Service Schedule. Non Pooled Fund means the budget detailing the financial contributions of the Partners which are not included in a Pooled Fund in respect of a particular Service as set out in the relevant Scheme Specification.

NHS Functions means those of the NHS functions listed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as are exercisable by the CCG as are relevant to the commissioning of the Services and which may be further described in each Scheme Specification Non Pooled/Aligned Fund means the budget detailing the financial contributions of the Partners which are not included in a Pooled Fund in respect of a particular Service as set out in the relevant Scheme Specification Non-Recurrent Payments means funding provided by a Partner to a Pooled Fund in addition to the Financial Contributions pursuant to arrangements agreed in accordance with Clause 10.7. Overspend means any expenditure from a Pooled Fund or Non Pooled/Aligned Fund in a Financial Year which exceeds the Financial Contributions for that Financial Year. Partner means each of the CCG and the Council, and references to "Partners" shall be construed accordingly. Partnership Arrangements means the arrangements made between the Partners for the pooling of funds and commissioning of Services in accordance with the Regulations and as further set out in this Agreement.

NHS Functions means those of the NHS functions listed in Regulation 5 of the Regulations as are exercisable by the CCGs as are relevant to the commissioning of the Services and which may be further described in each Scheme Specification.
