Designated Manufacturer definition

Designated Manufacturer has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.1.
Designated Manufacturer means a manufacturer of the Drug Product who is an Affiliate of Aradigm or with whom Aradigm has entered into a manufacturing agreement, as set forth on Exhibit A, as the same shall be supplemented by Aradigm from time to time.
Designated Manufacturer means the approved manufacturer who manufactures the Designated Products for Licensee’s sale only pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as set forth on Appendices A-1 and A-2.

  • In the event that the JSC cannot unanimously agree on the selection of a single Designated Manufacturer for the Territory, AstraZeneca shall have the right to select a Designated Manufacturer to Manufacture the Collaboration Compound or Collaboration Product for use in the Territory, recognizing the needs for selecting a Designated Manufacturer to Manufacture in China for the China Development Activities in order to support the rapid Regulatory Approval of the Collaboration Product in China.

  • Each Party shall promptly provide to the other Party a copy of its agreement with the Designated Manufacturer promptly after execution thereof.

  • Each Agent and each Lender Party agrees promptly to notify the Borrower after any such set-off and application; provided, further, that the failure to give such notice shall not affect the validity of such set-off and application.

  • The Parties shall share costs and expenses of procuring supply from a Designated Manufacturer under this Section 4.4.2 in accordance with the allocations set forth in Section 5.7.


More Definitions of Designated Manufacturer

Designated Manufacturer means Centeon L.L.C., the party that, as RPRPI's designee and on RPRPI's behalf, shall manufacture the Product for supply by RPRPI to Watsxx xxxeunder.
Designated Manufacturer means Bxxxxxx Bio MA, LLC and/or Catalent Maryland, Inc., together with their affiliates, or another entity approved in writing by Research Institute.
