Designated Spare Parts Locations definition

Designated Spare Parts Locations means the locations designated from time to time by the Grantor at which the Spare Parts Assets may be maintained by or on behalf of the Grantor, which shall be the locations set forth on Schedule 2.1 to this Agreement.
Designated Spare Parts Locations means the locations set out in Disclosure Schedule 3.26 and such other locations as are permitted by the Spare Parts Mortgage.
