Designated Telerate Page. The Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service page 3750 (or such other page as may replace page 3750 on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the BBA for the purpose of displaying the Interest Settlement Rates).
Designated Telerate Page. ' means the display of British Bankers' Association interest settlement rates for Deposits in the Index Currency on the Moneyline Telerate Capital Markets Report Page 3750 (or where the Index Currency is Australian dollars, Swiss francs or Yen, Page 3740), or any successor page or such other page (or any successor page) on that service or any successor service speciÑed in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Designated Telerate Page. ' means the display of rates on the Telerate Capital Markets Report Page 3750 (or any successor page) for Deposits in the Index Currency.

Examples of Designated Telerate Page in a sentence

  • If the BBA's Interest Settlement Rate does not appear on the Designated Telerate Page as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) on such date, or if the Designated Telerate Page is not available on such date, the Indenture Trustee will obtain such rate from the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service page "LIBOR01" or the Bloomberg L.P. page "BBAM." If such rate is not published for such Interest Determination Date, LIBOR for such date will be the most recently published Interest Settlement Rate.

  • With respect to any Interest Accrual Period, the rate determined by the Indenture Trustee on the related Interest Determination Date appearing on the Designated Telerate Page on that Interest Determination Date based on the Interest Settlement Rate for U.S. dollar deposits of one-month maturity set by the BBA as of the Interest Determination Date.

  • If on any LIBOR Determination Date, such Interest Settlement Rates are not available from any Designated Telerate Page, LIBOR for the related accrual period will be the most recently published Interest Settlement Rate.

If any Reference Bank should be removed from the Telerate Page or in any other way fails to meet the qualifications of a Reference Bank, the Indenture Trustee may, in its sole discretion, designate an alternative Reference Bank.
