Desktop Platform Product definition

Desktop Platform Product means any Product identified on the Product List as such and that Institution chooses to license under this Enrollment (Desktop Platform Products may only be licensed on an Organization-wide basis under this program).

Examples of Desktop Platform Product in a sentence

  • To qualify for a Desktop Platform Product suite discount, Institution must order an available Desktop Platform Product suite and check all three Product categories below.

  • If a new version of a Desktop Platform Product has more restrictive use rights than the version that is current at the start of the applicable initial or renewal term of the agreement, those more restrictive use rights will not apply to the Organization’s use of that Product during that term.

  • OS Unless Institution has a Qualifying Enrollment or Agreement upon signing this agreement, Institution must select at least one Desktop Platform Product from the Product categories below.

  • Desktop Platform Products may only be licensed Organization-wide and Institution must license at least one Desktop Platform Product.

  • The minimum requirements for this Enrollment are as follows:  Institution must order at least one Desktop Platform Product for an Organization-wide Count of at least 1,000; OR  Institution must order at least one Platform Online Service for Faculty and Staff in a quantity of 1,000; OR  Institution must order at least one Desktop Platform Product for a Student Count of at least 1,000; OR  Institution must order at least one Platform Online Service for Students in a quantity of 1,000.

  • The Desktop Platform Product versions or SKUs (stock keeping units) included in Institution’s initial order determine the Organization’s license rights for such Products.

  • In a company wide agreement an organization must license one Desktop Platform Product for every Qualified Device.

Related to Desktop Platform Product

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Software means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code; databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, whether machine readable or otherwise; descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, screens, user interfaces, report formats, firmware, development tools, templates, menus, buttons and icons; and all documentation including user manuals and other training documentation related to any of the foregoing.

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
