Despatch Instructions definition

Despatch Instructions means any instructions provided by the Company to the Client relating to the postage of Client Samples, including any instructions that reflect the current guidance from Royal Mail for the postage of biological samples related to the diagnosis and screening of COVID-19, which may for example include postage of any Client Sample from a priority postbox.
