Determinations definition

Determinations means a written decision made under an Act by an administrative or regulatory authority.
Determinations means those decisions delegated to the state by or under authority of the Natural
Determinations. The determination of Actual Costs and Estimated Costs shall be made by Landlord to most accurately reflect operating costs pertaining to the Tenant's premises.

Determinations. Any determination by or certificate of any Secured Creditor or any Receiver or Delegate under any Loan Document or Specified Hedge Agreement shall be conclusive save for manifest error.
