Developers and Contractors Protocol means the Developers and Contractors Protocol as amended from time to time, a copy of which is available upon request from the Association;

Developers and Contractors Protocol means the Developers and Contractors Protocol for the Development as formulated by the Developer, a copy of which is available from the offices of the Association and which during the Development Period, may be amended by the Developer and after the expiry of the Development Period, may be amended by the Association with the prior written consent of the Developer;
