Development Collaboration definition

Development Collaboration means a collaboration by either Party with a Third Party whose purpose is the further development and/or commercialization of a Double Stranded RNA Product and that begins at or after the initiation of IND-Enabling Studies for such Product. For each Party, collaborations that do not include or involve Patents licensed from the other Party hereunder shall not constitute Development Collaborations.
Development Collaboration means a collaboration by Alnylam and/or ISIS with a Third Party whose purpose is the (i) further development and/or commercialization of a Licensed Product discovered by Isis or Alnylam either on their own or as part of a Drug Discovery Collaboration or (ii) further joint development and/or joint commercialization of Licensed Products, in each case, beginning after the initiation of IND-Enabling Tox Studies for such Licensed Products. Collaborations that do not include or involve the licensed Patent Rights shall not constitute Development Collaborations.
Development Collaboration means a collaboration by WAVE with a Third Party the purpose of which is the (i) further development and/or commercialization of a Licensed Product discovered by WAVE (either on its own or as part of a Drug Discovery Collaboration) or (ii) further joint development and/or joint commercialization of Licensed Products, in each case, beginning after the initiation of IND-Enabling Tox Studies for such Licensed Products. Collaborations that do not include or involve the licensed Patent Rights shall not constitute Development Collaborations.

  • Every Development Collaboration Proposal shall include a proposal to collaborate with the other Party for such Development activities so that, subject to the terms of this Agreement, with respect to the Development activities underlying the Development Collaboration Proposal, Servier shall be able to Develop Licensed Products for Commercialization in the Field in the Servier Territory and MacroGenics shall be able to Develop Licensed Products for Commercialization in the Field in the MacroGenics Territory.

Development Collaboration means a collaboration by either Party with a Third Party whose purpose is the further development and/or commercialization of a Double Stranded RNA Product or Single Stranded RNAi Product, as applicable, and that begins at or after the initiation of IND-Enabling Studies for such Product. For Alnylam, collaborations that do not include or involve Isis Patent Rights licensed from Isis under Sections 5.1(a) (and do not include Isis Exclusive Target Patent Rights that are also Isis Patent Rights), shall not constitute Development Collaborations. For Isis, collaborations that do not include or involve Alnylam Patent Rights licensed from Alnylam pursuant to Sections 6.1(a), (h), (i) or Section 6.2, shall not constitute Development Collaborations.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Collaboration IP means the Collaboration Know-How and the Collaboration Patents.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Research Use shall have the meaning given in Section 2.2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:
