Development Companies definition

Development Companies means the developer, its subsidiaries and from time to time for the duration of their appointment as such, the developer’s, and its subsidiaries’, sub-contractors;
Development Companies means the Receivership Companies and the Non- Receivership Development Companies;

More Definitions of Development Companies

Development Companies means corporations which are direct or indirect subsidiaries of GSI and/or GST which will develop the Network Projects.
