Development Environment definition

Development Environment means any device, programming, documentation, media and other objects, including compilers, "workbenches," tools, and higher-level or "proprietary" languages, used by the Companies for the development, maintenance and implementation of any Software, to the extent such objects may be necessary for any subsequent maintenance or enhancement of the same Software;
Development Environment means all versions of the software listed in Schedule D, developed and delivered by SGI to Company pursuant to this Agreement for use by Packaged Software developers.
