Development Kits definition

Development Kits means the hardware, software, firmware, documentation or Intellectual Property licensed, sold or otherwise transferred to Companies by Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. (or its Affiliates), Microsoft Corporation (or its Affiliates), Nintendo Co., Ltd (or its Affiliates) or Nintendo America Inc. (or its Affiliates) for use in the development of videogames for platform manufactured by the foregoing entities.
Development Kits means the hardware, software, firmware, documentation or intellectual property licensed, sold or otherwise transferred to Companies by Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. (or its Affiliates), Microsoft Corporation (or its Affiliates), Nintendo Co., Ltd (or its Affiliates) or Nintendo America Inc. (or its Affiliates) for use in the development of videogames for platform manufactured by the foregoing entities.
Development Kits means development boards and related materials offered for sale by Altera in the ordinary course of business.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer.   • Manufacturing means all activities related to the manufacture of a Compound, including planning, purchasing, manufacture, processing, compounding, storage, filling, packaging, waste disposal, labeling, leafleting, testing, quality assurance, sample retention, stability testing, release, dispatch and supply, as applicable.
