Development Location definition

Development Location means a single physical Customer location where the Embedded Software Product is permitted to be used by Authorized Users. Provided that an Authorized User’s official and customary place of work is a licensed Site, occasional use of the Embedded Software Product by such user from locations other than that Site (e.g., use from that user’s residence, an airport, a hotel, etc.) shall be regarded as use on the Site and in compliance with the Site restriction.
Development Location. The site at which a Development is or is proposed to be located.
Development Location means the physical location or locations where MT SOFTWARE may be used by Licensee as authorized by MTI and identified in the applicable attachment.

More Definitions of Development Location

Development Location means the premises of the Provider or other location as specified in the Development Plan. The Development Plan means a plan annexed to the contract, which defines the content of the development plan, the Product to be developed and the essential rights and obligations of the Contracting Parties.
Development Location means the specific address of each Customer site or facility where the Software is installed and used, as specified in Exhibit A or otherwise by Customer in writing to Wind River.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.
