Site Plan Review. All site plans shall be reviewed in accordance with the procedures established by the LDC, and be generally consistent with this Agreement and the PD Plan.
Site Plan Review. Site plans for all permitted and conditional uses as delineated in Sections 8.5.1 and 8.5.2 must be submitted to the Planning Commission for review. Construction and development of the site shall be in substantial conformance to the plans approved by the Planning Commission.

Site and engineering plan review for all improvements to be constructed on the Property or the addition to or modification of any buildings or improvements shall follow the adopted process of the Township’s Ordinances, The Township and the Developer agree to work together in good faith with respect to the foregoing requirements so as to both accommodate the policies of the Township and implement the intent of Exhibits B and C and Agreement.
Site Plan Review. All site plans shall be reviewed in accordance with the procedures established by the LDC applicable to industrial uses, and be generally consistent with this Agreement and PD Plan. To the extent that one or more parcels is under contract for purchase by a Developer, where said Developer does not close on the parcel the Owner may alter the PD Plan for that parcel without amending this Agreement.
Site Plan Review. The parties acknowledge that the Site Plan Review process as required by the Planning and Design Ordinance, Des Moines Municipal Code Chapter 135, is a separate review process from the review of the Conceptual Development Plan and any amendments thereto as provided for in this Agreement. Approval of a plan or an amendment thereto pursuant to one does not constitute approval for purposes of the other.

Site Plan Review. Upon request by the City of Englewood Fire Marshal, Denver Fire personnel will be notified and afforded the opportunity to participate in project site plan reviews along with the appropriate Englewood official(s).
