Developmental disabilities personnel means the workers who provide specialized services to individuals with developmental disabilities:
Developmental disabilities personnel means the employees and the workers under contract who provide specialized services to individuals with developmental disabilities. "Developmental disabilities personnel" includes those who provide the services as follows:
