Lease Expiration Date means the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full of the French Advances and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder. The “Term” of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.
Release Expiration Date means the date that is twenty-one (21) days following the date upon which the Company timely delivers to Executive the Release (which shall occur no later than seven (7) days after the Date of Termination), or in the event that such termination of employment is “in connection with an exit incentive or other employment termination program” (as such phrase is defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended), the date that is forty-five (45) days following such delivery date.
License expiration date means June 30 of even-numbered years.
Cure Expiration Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(a).
Scheduled Expiration Date is defined in Schedule 1 to the Lease.
Term Expiration Date means the earlier of (i) the date that is thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date; provided that if such date occurs within an NFL Season or within thirty (30) days following an NFL Season, such date shall be automatically extended to the date that is thirty (30) days following the end of such NFL Season, as applicable, or (ii) the date on which the Stadium Lease is terminated pursuant to the express rights and terms of the Stadium Lease.
L/C Expiration Date means the day that is seven days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).
Final Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) hereof.
Stated Expiration Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(d).
Warrant Expiration Date means 5:00 P.M. (New York time) on __________, 2001 or the Redemption Date as defined in Section 8, whichever is earlier; provided that if such date shall in the State of New York be a holiday or a day on which banks are authorized or required to close, then 5:00 P.M. (New York time) on the next following day which in the State of New York is not a holiday or a day on which banks are authorized or required to close. Upon notice to all warrantholders the Company shall have the right to extend the warrant expiration date.
Initial Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).
Offer Expiration Date has the meaning specified in Section 4.04(e) hereof.
Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.
Commitment Expiration Date means the date on which IHCDA’s commitment under the Program expires.
Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.
Second Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the First Extended Maturity Date.
Cross-Over Date The Distribution Date on which the respective Class Certificate Balances of each Class of Subordinated Certificates have been reduced to zero.
Commencement Date or Handover Date means the date on which the Licensed Space of first lot of stations as per Annexure 1 is handed over by DMRC to the Selected Bidder, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).
Handover Date means the date on which access to the Tower and Associated Tower Site is given to the Access Seeker for installation of the Equipment at that Site as stated in Clause 9(c) hereof. “Handover” shall be construed accordingly.
Agreement End Date has the meaning specified in Section 10.1(e).
Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) hereof.
CONTRACT END DATE Contract performance shall terminate as of December 31, 2027, with no new obligations being incurred after this date unless the Contract is properly amended, provided that the terms of this Contract and performance expectations and obligations shall survive its termination for the purpose of resolving any claim or dispute, for completing any negotiated terms and warranties, to allow any close out or transition performance, reporting, invoicing or final payments, or during any lapse between amendments. CERTIFICATIONS: Notwithstanding verbal or other representations by the parties, the Effective Date of this Contract or Amendment shall be the latest date that this Contract or Amendment has been executed by an authorized signatory of the Contractor, the Department, or a later Contract or Amendment Start Date specified above, subject to any required approvals. The Contractor certifies that they have accessed and reviewed all documents incorporated by reference as electronically published and the Contractor makes all certifications required under the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications under the pains and penalties of perjury, and further agrees to provide any required documentation upon request to support compliance, and agrees that all terms governing performance of this Contract and doing business in Massachusetts are attached or incorporated by reference herein according to the following hierarchy of document precedence, the applicable Commonwealth Terms and Conditions, this Standard Contract Form, the Standard Contract Form Instructions and Contractor Certifications, the Request for Response (RFR) or other solicitation, the Contractors Response (excluding any language stricken by a Department as unacceptable, and additional negotiated terms, provided that additional negotiated terms will take precedence over the relevant terms in the RFR and the Contractors Response only if made using the process outlined in 801 CMR 21.07, incorporated herein, provided that any amended RFR or Response terms result in best value, lower costs, or a more cost effective Contract.
Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).
