Diagnostic Code definition

Diagnostic Code means the properly constructed numeric code from the International Classification of Diseases, version ICD-9-CM for dates of service before October 1, 2015. For dates of service on or after October 1, 2015, it means the properly constructed alpha-numeric code, ICD-10-CM.
Diagnostic Code means a code stored in a vehicle's on-board diagnostic computer to indicate the occurrence of an emissions-related condition or malfunction.
Diagnostic Code means an International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM) code and/or an International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) code.
