Digital Cinema Equipment definition

Digital Cinema Equipment has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.06(a).
Digital Cinema Equipment means digital cinema projectors, servers, media blocks and any equipment to the extent attached to or affixed to such projectors, servers and/or media blocks including by means of network interface or otherwise necessary to enable such projectors, servers and/or media blocks to operate as functional digital projection systems. For the avoidance of doubt, equipment that is necessary to enable such digital cinema projectors, servers or media blocks to operate as functional digital projection systems shall include all such equipment whether or not readily replaceable at minimal cost.
Digital Cinema Equipment means digital projectors and related equipment and software used primarily for digital cinema exhibition.

Examples of Digital Cinema Equipment in a sentence

  • Upon such conversion, such Projection Systems shall constitute Digital Cinema Equipment under this Agreement.

  • After a conversion of an auditorium has been completed and approved, FM may, in certain limited circumstances, replace the Digital Cinema Equipment with 35mm projection.

  • FM shall continue to be responsible for maintaining all FM Equipment, including the Digital Cinema Equipment.

  • LLC shall be responsible for providing specifications and process instructions to FM for such connectivity in advance of the scheduled conversion; provided that such specifications and process instructions shall not require FM to acquire any additional equipment or software in order to effectuate such connectivity unless such additional equipment or software is purchased by LLC and does not render such Digital Cinema Equipment not DCI Spec Compliant.

  • It will continue until the amount drops to $0.00 and service will then be interrupted until a reconnection balance of at least $25.00 is established in customer’s account.

  • At the time any Digital Cinema Equipment is used to deliver Advertising Services hereunder, whether using a Dual Interface Architecture or the ACE Solution, LLC shall have no further obligation to maintain the Low Resolution Projection System in that auditorium or to remove or dispose of such projection system.

  • After a conversion of an auditorium has been completed and approved, Cinemark may, in certain limited circumstances, replace the Digital Cinema Equipment with 35mm projection.

  • At the time any Digital Cinema Equipment is used to deliver Services hereunder, whether using a Dual Interface Architecture or the ACE Solution, LLC shall have no further obligation to maintain the Low Resolution Projection System in that auditorium or to remove or dispose of such projection system.

  • Once LLC receives notice from FM that a Projection System has been installed in a given auditorium and that FM has elected to convert the Services to such Projection System, LLC and FM shall have the responsibility to jointly test such conversion to ensure that the Digital Cinema Equipment is operational to provide the Services.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent such Projection System has not become Digital Cinema Equipment in accordance with Section 3.06, LLC shall be responsible for providing such 3D Advertising Services in a form and format to be reasonably requested by FM.

Related to Digital Cinema Equipment

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Digital Assets means electronic files for which a fee has been paid that are downloaded and stored on home electronic equipment, computers or mobile phones. “Digital assets” does not include downloaded files pertaining to “your” “business”.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • digital content means data which are produced and supplied in digital form;

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Digital asset means an electronic record in which an individual has a right or interest. The term does not include an underlying asset or liability unless the asset or liability is itself an electronic record.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Cemetery merchandise means merchandise described in section 4(1)(k)(i).

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.
