Subject to the provisions of Section 6.01 and the DIP Financing Orders, upon the maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) of any of the Obligations under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents of the Borrower and the Guarantors, the Lender Parties shall be entitled to immediate payment of such Obligations without further application to or order of the Bankruptcy Court.
