Director Retirement Plan definition

Director Retirement Plan means the Ashland Inc. Director Retirement Plan in effect from time to time.

Director Retirement Plan means the deferred compensation plan covering non-employee Directors of the Company, to which Annual Director Retirement Plan Amounts are credited for performance periods beginning prior to September 1, 2024, as described in Section 3.7. The Director Retirement Plan Accounts shall be paid in the manner described in Article 10. For avoidance of doubt, a Director’s voluntary deferrals of Director Compensation are not part of the Director Retirement Plan.
