Disbursement Plan definition

Disbursement Plan means the work plan dated April 7, 2009, setting forth the projected disbursement targets and modalities for disbursements under the Original Project and the Additional Financing.

Disbursement Plan means a plan, submitted by the primary donor at the time of enrollment as part of the joinder agreement, that iden- tifies the goods or services most likely to be appropriate to the sup- plemental needs of the beneficiary. The primary donor may periodically change the disbursement plan by amending the joinder agreement.

More Definitions of Disbursement Plan

Disbursement Plan means the Disbursement Plan set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Disbursement Plan. – means, if the Expansion is commenced, a disbursement plan substantially in the form of the disbursement plan attached to the Original Loan Agreement and otherwise reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent and Borrower, setting forth specific construction related requirements and conditions to disbursement of the Expansion Tranche, which Disbursement Plan shall be updated and revised from time to time to the extent there are changes in the Disbursement Budget.
