Examples of discharged member of the Forces in a sentence
In the case of an applicant with war service an eligible person means a discharged member of the Forces, who has been honourably discharged after not less than 6 months’ war service or who having, in the opinion of the Classification Committee, been materially prejudiced by reason of his war service, has been honourably discharged after less than 6 months’ war service.
In the case of an applicant with war service as defined in this regulation, an eligible person means a discharged member of the Forces who enlisted prior to 1 July 1947, and who has been honourably discharged after not less than 6 months’ war service or who having, in the opinion of the Classification Committee, been materially prejudiced by reason of his war service, has been honourably discharged after less than 6 months’ war service.
