Discharging Energy definition

Discharging Energy means all Energy discharged by the Storage Facility delivered to the Delivery Point, as measured by the Project’s Metering Facilities.
Discharging Energy means all Energy delivered to the Delivery Point from the Storage Facility, as measured at the Storage Facility Metering Points by the Storage Facility Meter. For the avoidance of doubt, all Discharging Energy will have originally been delivered to the Storage Facility as Charging Energy.8
Discharging Energy means the Energy delivered from the Facility to the Delivery Point pursuant to a Discharging Notice during any Settlement Interval or Settlement Period, as measured at the Facility Metering Point by the Facility Meter, as such meter readings are adjusted by the CAISO for any applicable Electrical Losses.

Examples of Discharging Energy in a sentence

  • Unless excused by a Force Majeure Event, in the event Seller does not in a given hour provide the forecast required in Section 4.3(d) and Buyer incurs a loss or penalty resulting from Seller’s failure with respect to Generating Facility Energy, Charging Energy, or Discharging Energy during such hour, Seller shall be responsible for a Forecasting Penalty for each such hour.

  • The Generating Facility Energy, Charging Energy, and Discharging Energy will be scheduled to the CAISO by Buyer (or Buyer’s designated Scheduling Coordinator) in accordance with Exhibit X.

  • Seller shall measure the amount of Facility Energy using the Facility Meter, the amount of Generating Facility Energy using the Generating Facility Meter, and the Charging Energy and Discharging Energy using the Storage Facility Meter; all of which will be subject to adjustment in accordance with applicable CAISO meter requirements and Prudent Operating Practices, including to account for Electrical Losses and Station Use.

  • Title to and risk of loss related to the Generating Facility Energy and Discharging Energy, shall pass and transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

  • The Qualified Energy is the sum of the total quantity of Discharging Energy at the Storage Facility Meter.

More Definitions of Discharging Energy

Discharging Energy means all energy and capacity produced by the Generating Facility, discharged by the Storage Facility, less inverter, transformation and transmission losses, if any, and delivered to the Point of Delivery.
Discharging Energy means Energy delivered from the Facility to the Delivery Point (including pursuant to a Discharging Notice) as measured at the Facility Metering Point by the Facility Meter, as such meter readings are adjusted consistent with CAISO meter requirements and Prudent Operating Practices to account for Electrical Losses.
Discharging Energy means all Energy delivered to the Delivery Point from the Storage Facility, net of Station Use and Electrical Losses, as measured by the Storage Facility Meter. For the avoidance of doubt, all Discharging Energy will have originally been delivered to the Storage Facility as PV Charging Energy or Grid Charging Energy.
Discharging Energy means energy discharged from the Storage Facility and delivered to PGE at the Storage Facility Point of Delivery, as measured by the Storage Facility Metering Facilities, adjusted for any estimated electrical losses to the Storage Facility Point of Delivery, based on methodology agreed to by the Parties in the Operating Procedures, between the Storage Facility Metering Facilities and the Storage Facility Point of Delivery that are not already reflected in the metered data.
