Discharging Energy definition

Discharging Energy means all Energy delivered to the Delivery Point from the Storage Facility, net of Station Use and Electrical Losses, as measured by the Storage Facility Meter. For the avoidance of doubt, all Discharging Energy will have originally been delivered to the Storage Facility as PV Charging Energy or Grid Charging Energy.
Discharging Energy means all Energy delivered to the Delivery Point from the Storage Facility, net of the Electrical Losses, as measured at the Storage Facility Metering Points by the Storage Facility Meter. For the avoidance of doubt, all Discharging Energy will have originally been delivered to the Storage Facility as Charging Energy.
Discharging Energy means the Energy delivered from the Facility to the Delivery Point pursuant to a Discharging Notice during any Settlement Interval or Settlement Period, as measured at the Facility Metering Point by the Facility Meter, as such meter readings are adjusted by the CAISO for any applicable Electrical Losses.

Examples of Discharging Energy in a sentence

  • Buyer shall have title to Charging Energy, Energy stored in the Storage Facility, and Discharging Energy.

  • Seller shall keep complete and accurate records necessary for the purposes of proper administration of this Agreement, including all records necessary for billing and payments, records of the Charging Energy and Discharging Energy and such other records as may be required by applicable Governmental Authorities or Prudent Utility Standards.

  • Risk of loss for Seller’s deliveries of Discharging Energy to Buyer shall pass from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.

Discharging Energy means all Energy discharged by the Storage Facility delivered to the Delivery Point, as measured by the Project’s Metering Facilities.

Discharging Energy means Energy discharged from the Project in accordance with a Discharging Notice and delivered to the Point of Delivery, as measured by the Electric Metering Devices.
